However, Nectar, with their online learning videos, and invaluable product details, appear to be bringing back a positive spin on customer relations. Post purchase... Great website, really good products. My vape turned up within less than 24 hours.

I ordered 2 vapes and 50 empty carts. One vape was faulty but has been quickly resolved and new one sent out which is in transit, the customer service on this matter has been great and the vape that does work is great. Overall I'm very happy with the product and the service. 5*

Very well made compact device with a big enough chamber for my needs. The only negative i have is the battery does not last very long at all.

Great vape, very detailed temperature control, a spacious chamber for the herbs and very easy to clean. Comes with all the necessary tools.
Also the customer service was really good with a fast reply and a polite approach.

Very fast delivery (2 days, 3 at most).
Product is easy to use.
Works very well.
5min timer can feel a little short but so long as you've got the right amount in you'll feel it happen in good time.
Chamber is sizable enough.
Taste - all depends on the product you're using but its no different from the cheap £30 or a Pax 2 - same same but different yknow.
Charge - this is the main downfall. Whilst it charges up quickly, it only lasts maybe 5-6 rounds before it needs charging again.

The product I ordered (batteries for a vape) was not available, so I was promptly contacted by the vendor who offered a comparable product, and the item was delivered quickly.

Very good vape, fantastic build quality and user experience. Especially for the price. Replacement pods are very good too! Works with range of thickness liquids all really well.
